You could get a decent nail file (diamond, not an emery board) and file off the worst of the hump, then follow up with a sharpening stone to get a good point. Don't rub backwards and forwards, just go in one direction. Hold the hook in forceps against a solid surface or you'll just make things worse...

Sorry Jason I beg to differ, which is what I tried to explain in my 'Eureka' article a few mags back. With a running lead there is a hemisphere in which a fish can take a bait without indication being given until it moves away. There is no guarantee that will move in any particular direction. You won't get a drop back with a running lead unless the lead moves due to tangling which is what my 'Eureka' article tried to show. Even if the pike swims towards us, it will show as a positive take with a running lead

I'm old enough to remember the days in the 1960s when a match (and there were lots of them) would be won regularly with a couple of pounds of tiny roach and bream. It always had me thinking why the fish didn't grow bigger. The area has fertile soil, the water has good weed growth with aquatic insets...
