Hello All,
I'm new to PAC and returning to Pike fishing after ten years of concentrating on river Brownies in Northumberland. Have done a few bits of Pike fishing in the last ten years but wanting to get back in to it.
Cheers

Hi Steven . Like you I have just joined PAC. Interesting that you have recently been pursuing brownies in Northumberland. Have you thought of fly fishing for pike? I've just started and it's great fun. You get a real adrenaline rush when you connect with Esox on a fly rod. Give it a go.

Hi Mike, i have indeed. Actually been looking at a sea fly rod that will double as a pike fly rod lol. Been tying a box full of bass and pollack flies and intend starting to fill a box with pike flies next. We are not inundated with lots of good pike waters up here, there are a few but i need to do some research on decent venues for the fly.
