Pike Identification

Post by Valentine Tomin » Sun Jan 20, 2019 5:52 pm

I wonder could someone help please?

My friend and I are currently having a debate about whether the markings on a pike's fin is repeated both sides and is actually one and the same pattern? (It's currently too dark to go out and catch a pike to see who's right and we haven't got any catch pictures to hand of a pike from both sides)

May sound a bit trivial but there's money riding on it!!! :D :D

Misread  yes the fins would be the same in general terms of fin rays, but they maybe pigmentation on one side and not the other
