Pike landing net
Hi guys,
Looking for a new landing net that helps prevent the problems encountered with soft mesh when landing(loose trebles/pike spinning etc). Maybe a rubberised mesh of some kind. Think I saw something suitable in an old pikelines, but can’t find it now.
Any recommendations would be appreciated. Many thanks.

Try Eddie Turner Specialist Tackle or just replace the mesh on you existing net with one from Dave Lumb.

Bought a fox rage speed flow replacement mesh which is also rubberised. It is light and perfect.

Fits 42 inch arms. Make sure it's code is NLN002-03

Angling Direct do the Fox Rage net cheaper.

It may say its out of stock, but they get them in quite fast.

Many thanks guys,
I've ordered a fox speedflow replacement mesh as this should fit my existing frame & so is less expensive than a complete new net (tight git!!).
Should have it within a week & I will write a review when tried & tested.
Cheers
Dave

Re: Pike landing net
Got the rage speedflow mesh and it's a perfect fit for my 42 inch triangular frame. Had to go to my local tackle shop to order as online companies don't seem to stock just the mesh & Fox didn't reply to my email enquiry. Cost £28.99.
Have tested on about 6 pike so far and the rubberised mesh has worked very well. No tangles with teeth or trebles so far. Also quite light & dries quickly with no smell either which makes the wife very happy!! I am well pleased and would recommend. Thanks for the advice guys.

Does anyone know if this mesh is still available? No one seems to have it in stock and Fox have not replied to me having asked on their website several days ago? If not, what’s a suitable alternative?

I've used the Big fish tackle monster net for a few seasons and can't fault it...not cheap but quality comes at a price.
